RALEIGH, NC (May 31, 2023) – Following Memorial Day weekend, Element Service Group Mechanical’s (Element) Residential install team replaced a local Veteran’s HVAC unit at no cost. As part of their Operation Comfort for Freedom Campaign, and in partnership with Military Missions in Action, Virginia Air and Ferguson, Element was able to gift Ruben Arellano a brand new York HVAC unit.

This is the second year in a row that Element has been able to give back to Veterans in need of a/c or heating assistance. “We are very blessed to be in a position to give back to those who put their lives on the line so the rest of us can enjoy the very freedoms that we have today,” said Wesley Stout, Element’s General Manager.

For Arellano, a 20-year Special Forces Veteran, he wanted to join the military because, “I wanted to be a part of my country, because it was honorable and meaningful.” For this Veteran-owned company, it is important to continue to give back to the community that supports its business, and especially to those individuals who risk their lives to defend this country.

“We made a difference in the life of a deserving Veteran, and I’m extremely proud to work for Element Service Group Mechanical,” added Todd Moneymaker, Element’s Residential Department Head.
