“Nick and his crew were outstanding. I also was very appreciative that they offered a free estimate. Several other big companies would not even give a rough order of magnitude without a $79 fee for one and $89 for the other company, their price was right. His response to our call was prompt. He was able to schedule us to meet our timeline. He did not try to force up sales after a short recommendation and discussion. The work was done efficiently. We are very happy with our choice using Element Service Group to replace our 14 year old water heater. I am going to use him for our ageing HVAC system.”
