“Nick and his crew were outstanding. I also was very appreciative that they offered a free estimate. Several other big companies would not even give a rough order of magnitude without a $79 fee for one and $89 for the other company, their price was right. His response to our call was prompt. He was able to schedule us to meet our timeline. He did not try to force up sales after a short recommendation and discussion. The work was done efficiently. We are very happy with our choice using Element Service Group to replace our 14 year old water heater. I am going to use him for our ageing HVAC system.”

“I was very pleased with your technician Mario Gutierrez repair. He explained to me what the issue was and also showed me what part was the problem and from there he got the part and fixed it. He also explained that I should have further maintenance done on the furnace which my daughter and I agreed that we should go ahead and set that up to be done. I was very pleased with his work and his explanations of what service that I would need further.”
