HVAC Service Technician

Service · Apex, NC · Full-time

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems at customer sites. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manuals and schematics, keep clear service documentation, and communicate with dispatch, teammates, and customers. Experienced techs mentor junior technicians and earn performance incentives when their recommendations lead to additional work.

High school diploma or GED, plus a two-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on field experience
Working knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and service methods
Valid driver's license with a clean record

Trade Operations Support Coordinator

Trade Operations · Apex, NC · Full-time · $20 - $25/hr

Keep operations organized and accurate across teams: installation coordination for HVAC and plumbing projects, equipment and vendor coordination, permitting and inspections, accounts payable and project documentation, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. Full-time, Monday through Friday, in-office in Apex.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Data entry experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or field services
