What these prices include
- The equipment itself, unless the row says customer-supplied.
- Standard installation and the usual connection materials.
- Testing before we leave.
- Removal of the old equipment where it applies.
What can add cost
- These prices assume we can get to the work and that the existing connections are sound and up to code.
- Fixing what we find first: piping, valves, or a toilet flange that needs repair, connections that need changing, or work a permit or code requires.
- Any of that is priced separately, and we get your okay before we start it.
Warranty
Customer-supplied fixtures are not covered by our equipment warranty. The installation itself is covered under our standard labor warranty.
Prices are for standard installations as described. If your job needs more than the row says, we will price that before we begin.
