I hired Element Service Group for a tune-up on my HVAC system. The tech, Manny Teagan, greeted me with a smile and was exemplary in his professionalism and consideration for protecting my property. I really appreciated the way he communicated with me—not only regarding his arrival time but, more importantly, the steps he would be taking to service my unit, why they were necessary, and a verbal report of his findings when he was finished. He answered my questions clearly and patiently, advised me of the benefits of a maintenance plan without pressuring me to commit, and followed up with information via email for my consideration, in addition to a detailed report of the services performed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, especially since I received VIP service at a discounted rate.
