We had them to install a completely new AC/heat HVAC system and was treated with kindness an professionalism the entire time. We didn't even know the companies name until recommend by a close friend and through alot of prayer. By far Element came in with the lowest quote on the system and provided us a top of the line TRANE unit. In our situation we also had to have construction for home modification to accommodate the new system which they handled beautifully as well. So highest marks on every aspect of our transaction. To the team that helped us out Wes, Larry, Austin, Pedro, Kevin and Leo may God bless you and keep you in the years to come! We will see you all again for servicing to keep ours in top shape and I will certainly recommend this company to others no doubt.

It isn't so much that these guys are amazing, its where to start? Kyle and Ryan, my go-to guys really are just the absolute best! Honestly, I'm so fortunate to know them and their hard work, dedication to their service, and their generosity of spirit make them some of the best account reps and people I have the pleasure of knowing. My tech today, Mario, was equally incredible! He came in looking sharp, got to work, and really gave it his all! He gave me an easy to understand update at the end and we set some follow up for a replacement unit. From start to finish, these guys give me as a property manager the ease of mind, and the professionalism that will have me calling them for all my future needs! Well done to the entire team! Working with the Element Service team, in particular the Plumbing department, has been an absolute pleasure this last month. Starting with an inspection of my plumbing, where Chris came out did a very thorough inspection of all the plumbing and was very knowledgeable talking through everything he was looking at and why then giving good quality details on things that didn’t look great made me feel comfortable in decisions going forward on any work that I wanted to get done. Estimates were also very fairly priced and easy to work through getting the work scheduled. I decided on doing a new water heater installation, whole house water line re-pipe, and a shower replacement. Chris, Nick, and Manny were timely with their arrival to the project, walked me through what the plan was for the day and proceeded to complete the re-pipe and water heater installation on day 1. Chris and Nick came back on day 2 and worked through the shower replacement. The shower materials were of excellent quality and all turned out fantastic in the end! Through the whole process Chris made sure to keep me in the loop on how the work was progressing, if he was having issues, and on anything else I may need to know. These guys at Element Service group pride themselves on the work they do and ensure their customers are happy in the end! I really appreciate Chris and the team for the work on this large project and will definitely be using them for future projects and referring them to friends around the area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service – Highly Recommend Element! As a property manager, I work with many vendors and contractors, so I know what great service looks like. I have to say, I was extremely impressed with Element and the team that came to replace my HVAC system. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and courteous. They arrived on time and took extra care to protect my home by laying down protective paper before going in and out during the installation. That attention to detail really stood out to me. The team worked efficiently and completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and when they were finished, they cleaned everything up and left my home in excellent condition. Having dealt with many vendors throughout my career, I truly appreciate a company that takes pride in its work and respects the customer’s home. Element exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement. Five stars from me!
