Moen Faucet & Shower Installation and Repair in the Triangle

Moen is one of the most recognized fixture brands in American homes, made by Fortune Brands Innovations. Its kitchen and bath lineup is known for thoughtful engineering: the Reflex pulldown hose system for smooth movement and secure docking, Power Boost and Power Clean spray technology for stronger rinse performance, MotionSense Wave touchless control, and the 1255 Duralast cartridge used in many of its single-handle faucets. Spot Resist finishes keep surfaces looking clean between wipe-downs, and the U by Moen and Flo by Moen lines bring smart shower control and whole-home leak detection into the picture.

Element Service Group is a residential plumbing company based in Apex, North Carolina, and we work on Moen fixtures every week across the Triangle. We are an independent service provider, not a factory-authorized dealer, which simply means you are hiring a local team of licensed plumbers rather than a corporate dispatch line. We install, service, and repair Moen products and use genuine manufacturer parts, so your faucet or shower valve performs the way it was designed to.

From a new Arbor pulldown over the kitchen sink to a U by Moen shower in a primary bath, we handle the full job: pulling the old fixture, prepping the supply lines, setting the new unit, and pressure-testing before we leave. We also tackle the unglamorous but important work, like swapping a worn cartridge or clearing a clogged aerator that has slowed flow to a trickle.
