Navien Tankless Water Heaters and Combi-Boilers in the Triangle

Navien, made by Kyungdong Navien, is one of the most recognized names in condensing tankless water heaters. The brand built its reputation on high-efficiency, gas-fired systems that deliver continuous hot water while taking up a fraction of the space of a traditional tank. Many of the systems we see across the Triangle are ENERGY STAR rated, built around dual stainless steel heat exchangers, and engineered for low NOx operation, a combination that appeals to homeowners who want efficiency without giving up performance.

Element Service Group is a residential plumbing company based in Apex, North Carolina, and all of our work is done by licensed plumbers. We install, service, and repair Navien systems, and we use genuine manufacturer parts. We are an independent service provider, not a factory-authorized dealer, which means you work directly with the same local team for installation, annual maintenance, and any repair down the road. That continuity matters with tankless equipment, where correct sizing, venting, and gas supply make the difference between a system that runs reliably and one that throws error codes.

Tankless and combi systems reward proper care. Minerals in the water form scale inside a heat exchanger over time, and homes on well water usually see it faster than homes on soft town water. Left alone, scale reduces efficiency, slows flow, and shortens the life of the unit. Our team handles the full picture: new installations and replacements, recirculation setup, combi-boiler service, venting and gas work, and the regular descaling that keeps a Navien running at the efficiency it was designed for.
