Dexter found 24 volts at the air handler but only 15 volts at the thermostat. He replaced the common wire from blue to brown to restore proper power to the thermostat.

Aaron performed my spring inspection and maintenance and provided a detailed assessment of suggested upgrades I could share with my son. Once all work was completed he gave me an update on my system and work performed. All conversations were articulate and polite. My receipt was emailed to me in a timely fashion. Once again I can highly recommend Element Service Group. One side note when this company first began working on my system it came with a lot of noise on start up. Due to these technicians proficiency my system now “purrs”. I am barely aware it is functioning. I am so grateful it maintains a comfortable environment in my home along with my nest thermostat that they helped me install.
