A homeowner in Sanford noticed their air conditioning system was blowing warm air on an exceptionally hot day.
Manny discovered that the thermostatic expansion valve was faulty, and the ECM blower motor was not functioning properly. Manny and Bernard installed a new thermostatic expansion valve, replaced the ECM blower motor, and added a Bi flow filter drier to the system. This comprehensive repair ensured that the system could effectively manage refrigerant flow and maintain proper air circulation.
The air conditioning system became operational and began cooling properly, restoring comfort to the home.

A Sanford homeowner reported the system was running but not cooling. The homeowner also said the blower motor was replaced about a year ago.
Jeorell found the TXV was not working properly and needed to be replaced. On arrival, the system was running and the line set was frozen, and after he turned the system off the coil was partially frozen. He watched the blower run and took an amp draw, which read 0.48 with just the blower, then went to 0.69. He also checked pressures, and the low side dropped from 130 to 54 psi while the high side stayed around 340 psi. Because of the time and supply houses being closed, the part could not be ordered that day, so an estimate for the TXV, and for the blower motor just in case, was set to be sent.
