Mario found the second-floor condenser capacitor out of specification. With the homeowner's approval, he replaced it and added refrigerant to bring system pressures up to the manufacturer's specifications. He also sealed the second-floor ductwork as approved. Both systems, a second-floor attic furnace setup and a crawl space furnace setup, got a full inspection of the ductwork, refrigeration lines, drain lines, wiring connections, and blower wheel cleanliness, plus checks of voltage, blower and compressor amperage, capacitors, system pressures, and condenser coil conditions.
Both systems were cooling properly at the end of the visit.

Aaron, Tay, and Jeorell found that the equipment was low on R410a refrigerant, with a leak detected at the indoor coil. They performed a cooling maintenance on the system at this Clayton home, which is how the leak was identified.

During a scheduled cooling maintenance visit for 1 system at a home in the 27527 area, Dexter found the capacitor and contactor in need of replacement. He installed an LED UV element and tested all operation of the system.

During a routine cooling maintenance visit on one system at a Clayton home, Dexter found that the DAT sensor was in the wrong location, there were multiple spots of growth in the system, and the blower motor was over amping. He also noted the system was more than 5 years old and had never had its capacitor or contactor replaced. Dexter completed the system maintenance and recommended replacing the blower motor to ensure the system doesn't fail, moving the DAT sensor to the proper location, replacing the contactor and capacitor, and installing a UV element to protect the inside air.
