As an interim measure, they secured the fire damper open with zip ties until the maintenance team can order and install the proper replacement clips/links. The next step is to monitor system performance with proper airflow restored and follow up on the fire damper hardware.

What we found and did
Pressures were dropping rapidly on the gauges, reading 16 and 197 psi. Jeorell went to the apartment, made a call for cool, and hooked up gauges. He then went to the leasing office and asked to do a leak search that day, but it was declined due to time, so the system will need to be re-diagnosed on a return visit.
